1. Shipping

Pickup

You can independently pick up the goods from our warehouse, the address is Pyöräänkantie 5, Vaalimaa, 49990, Finland.
Shipping within Finland and EU:
Delivery of small loads up to 31 kg (120х120х60cm) are sent by the Posti. You can check the shipping cost when placing an order.
Parcel is delivered to the selected post point, according to the Posti poit’s geography.
Delivery of Furniture and other big, maximum dimensions parcels, will be calculated separately by our manager. Shipping cost should be paid by the customer while placing the order, according to the transport company tariffs (can be seen on posti.fi).

2. Payment

We are using secure Paypal payment method. You can pay directly form your Credit Card via Paypal and your card information will NEVER be saved on our web site. PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay at the online store safely, easily and quickly – and free.

3. Delivery time

Delivery of ordered by individual production goods depends on the timing of the production on factories (2-10 weeks), additionally, you can check time limits within our Manager.

Items from stock are shipped within 5-10 days, depending on the country and distance.

4. Return

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may use your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receiving the products purchased on Exclusiveforhome web-shop. This does not apply to the goods, which were not purchased from the web-shop on-line, but ordered by individual production.
The items must be delivered to the carrier within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
The right of withdrawal is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully fulfilled:
– the products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;
– the products must be returned in their original packaging;
– the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products.
If you have complied with all the conditions required, Exclusiveforhome OY will refund the full price of the purchased products.
After Exclusiveforhome has received your returned goods and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirmation of acceptance of the return.

Payment return

Payment return is made by the same way as original payment, if there were not made special agreements before. You shall be responsible for any costs and expenses incurred when shipping the goods back.
